Building and Grounds
Committee
The parish building and grounds committee is appointed by the pastor to help him oversee the maintenance and preservation of the Church, rectory, social center, and other facilities and grounds.
The members of this group conduct periodic inspections of the parish facilities, establish routine maintenance programs, do minor repairs, and advise the pastor regarding plans for modification, renovations, and repairs to parish facilities.

Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and heating skills are useful.
A background in architecture, construction, and/or project management
would be helpful.
