Cantor

The role of cantor is to be a song leader and to lead the congregation to participate in singing. The cantor also shares in the role of proclaiming the word of God, particularly as psalmist; to teach the assembly songs, refrains and acclamations; to facilitate and encourage the sung worship of the assembly; to lead moments of worship with solo song.

Responsibilities:

Ability to sing in front of large groups of people
